Phone Goggles
This is why I love Android. With a custom rom loaded on my phone, the developers can add features that you would never see on stock software from manufacturers.
This little option tries to prevent phone communications while under the influence by making you solve math problems before you can phone or text during preset late night hours. The best part is that you can set it to only block certain people; so while your friends can still enjoy your hilarious drunken ramblings, your ex will not get the opportunity.
While it’s not officially released yet, you can find this feature added into the latest nightly builds for CyanogenMod 7.
